  • Entry and registration fees are non-refundable for non-starters, non-finishers, withdrawals, or participants who are unable to attend the event.
  • I acknowledge that running and walking involve inherent risks that may result in injury, illness, disability, or death. These risks may include, but are not limited to, overexertion, dehydration, heat-related illness, heart-related conditions, falls, collisions with other participants, spectators, volunteers, vehicles, or road users, equipment failure, unforeseen circumstances, course conditions, and adverse weather conditions.
  • I understand that I should not participate in the event unless I have adequately trained and am physically fit to do so. Where necessary, I acknowledge that I should seek advice from a qualified medical practitioner regarding my physical condition.
  • By voluntarily participating in the Motor Ace Run, I knowingly accept and assume all risks associated with my participation that may result in injury, illness, loss, damage, or death.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless the event organizers, Motor Ace Philippines, Inc., sponsors, partners, government and public authorities, venue owners, contractors, volunteers, event staff, medical and paramedical personnel, and all other persons or entities associated with the event from liability arising from my participation.
  • I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers and all persons or entities associated with the Motor Ace Run from any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from my participation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • I understand that the event organizers do not provide personal health, medical, accident, or insurance coverage for participants. I accept full financial responsibility for any medical treatment, ambulance services, hospitalization, or other expenses resulting from injury or illness related to my participation.
  • I understand that I am responsible for obtaining my own personal accident, medical, or other insurance coverage, if desired.
  • I am fully responsible for the security and safekeeping of my personal belongings and valuables during the event. The event organizers shall not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
  • I agree to comply with all official event rules, safety guidelines, instructions, and directions issued by the event organizers, race officials, marshals, volunteers, medical personnel, and authorized representatives.
  • By registering for the Motor Ace Run, I consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of my personal information for purposes related to event registration, participant management, event communication, safety, and other legitimate activities connected with the event, in accordance with applicable data privacy laws and regulations.
  • I may receive event-related announcements, updates, promotional materials, and information regarding future events, programs, special offers, or promotions from Motor Ace Philippines, Inc. and its authorized partners, subject to applicable data privacy laws and my communication preferences.
  • I confirm that all information provided by me during registration is true, complete, and accurate.
  • If the participant is a minor, the parent or legal guardian confirms the accuracy of the information provided and accepts responsibility for the minor's participation.
  • I acknowledge that photographs, videos, and other recordings may be taken during the Motor Ace Run. By participating, I grant the event organizers the right to use my image, likeness, voice, name, and appearance in photographs, videos, and other media materials for documentation, promotional, marketing, advertising, and other legitimate event-related purposes, without additional payment or compensation, subject to applicable laws.
  • The event organizers reserve the right to delay, modify, shorten, reroute, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event due to dangerous weather conditions, emergencies, safety concerns, government restrictions, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizers.
  • In the event of cancellation, postponement, or modification due to weather conditions, natural disasters, public safety concerns, government orders, or other circumstances beyond the control of the event organizers, refunds may not be provided, subject to applicable laws and the official event policy.
  • The event organizers reserve the right to make additions, changes, or clarifications to these terms and conditions when necessary. Participants will be informed of significant changes through official Motor Ace Run communication channels whenever reasonably possible.
  • By completing my registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Waiver, Release of Liability, and Event Terms and Conditions.
